Welcome to the stand official website. Only seven years in the
making, here it is! This site is dedicated to the stand, a five piece classic rock band.
Classic in the sense of a no frills straight forward approach to playing live.
Not classic in that our songs are old or tired. We try to mix a variety of rock
that is guitar driven and try to blend the old with the new. We are not a band selling a gimmick or trend, just musicians
who love to play their instruments and to play together. The band was formed for some friends to get together and do the thing
they love. We never intended on being a bar/club band in the beginning but once we got out we realized just how much fun we
